Yolande Clark-Jackson

Yolande Clark-Jackson is a multidisciplinary storyteller, award-winning children's book author, and speaker who holds an MFA in creative nonfiction. Her most recent works-in-progress include a memoir and a family archive project that combines multi-media art, poetry, and photography. Before expanding on her artistic practices through multimedia arts and performance, Yolande was a classroom teacher and adjunct professor in Miami. Her current artistic goals are to continue creating works that elevate personal and collective histories and highlight the power of love and resilience.
